Michael Byrnes founded Byrnes Real Estate Group, LLC in 2022 with a mission to deliver “white-glove service” to every buyer, seller, investor, and developer. His commitment to professionalism, innovation, and results has fueled the rapid growth of the firm.

Beyond real estate sales, Michael is the driving force behind MB Corp — a growing portfolio of businesses spanning real estate, property management, cleaning services, and more. Under his leadership, MB Corp continues to expand across Central Massachusetts, with a strong focus on operational excellence and community impact.

Michael is also a significant real estate investor, currently owning over 200 apartment units across Worcester County and actively expanding his holdings. His early success in business began in 2016, when he acquired Swarm Basketball — a small youth program out of Charlton, MA. Within a few years, Michael scaled it into the largest youth basketball organization in the country, operating in 22 states and serving over 5,000 kids annually. Swarm was acquired by 3-Step Sports in 2019.

A 2016 graduate of Nichols College, Michael lives in Boylston, MA, and remains focused on building MB Corp into a leading name in both real estate and entrepreneurship.
