Michael Byrnes founded Byrnes Real Estate Group LLC in 2022, with the goal to give all buyers, sellers, and renters a positive experience in real estate. In addition, Michael also owns several apartments in the Central Mass and Windham County areas and has flipped numerous properties around Worcester County.

Beyond Real Estate, Michael also serves as the CEO of Swarm Basketball which operates across 22 US States and is the largest youth basketball program in the Country. He also serves as the President of West Coast Elite UA, which is an Under Armour sponsored basketball Program out of Los Angeles, CA.

Additionally, Michael is an angel investor of numerous companies in a variety of different industries.

Michael graduated from Nichols College in 2016 with a degree in Business Administration, and currently resides in Worcester, MA.

Lisa Bombard will serve as the Broker for Byrnes Real Estate Group. As a realtor in MA, CT and RI, Lisa provides strategic marketing and transaction management services to her clients throughout all markets. She has built her business on determination, communication, dedication and trust, with her ability to adapt to all her client’s needs as her #1 strength.

Lisa decided to take her love of real estate to the next level by becoming a Broker and teaming up with Mike Byrnes to open Byrnes Real Estate Group, LLC. Together they intend on creating a new form of real estate, one that caters to the individual client and their needs. By empowering and educating their clients so that THEY become the marketing experts, which gives them the ability to see their transaction through to the very end.

After spending many years in Western MA raising her 2 boys, Lisa has settled in Woonsocket RI with her husband of 36 years David, and her 2 beloved dogs, Iggie and Hank. Her favorite pastime is being a “Gigi” to her 2 grandchildren Tatum and Emma.

Brooke Packard is a licensed MA & CT Realtor. Her level of enthusiasm, attention to detail, constant communication and impressive negotiation skills are hard to beat. Brooke goes above and beyond for her clients and prides herself in making her transactions as seamless as possible. Brooke enjoys working with first time homebuyers, families and investors alike.

With a strong background in business, Brooke personally invests in real estate, renovates houses, and owns an award winning cleaning business.With an educational background (4 years as a junior high teacher) and being a prior collegiate athlete, Brooke not only guides, but teaches her clients and new agents the steps to get to the finish line. Brooke builds systems, teams, and takes everyone to the next level. It is always game time with her.

In her free time, Brooke enjoys traveling, exercising, reading, online shopping and spending time with family and her beloved dog, Miah.

Emily Thompson graduated from Clark University with a BA and MA degree and up until this year had been an elementary school teacher. She made the decision to leave teaching and join the Byrnes Real Estate Group team and considers it to be one of the best career decisions she has made!

As the managing director, Emily is here to support agents and clients alike in ensuring they are able to succeed in achieving their real estate goals. She thrives off of detail-oriented work and never misses a deadline. Emily goes above and beyond to make sure agents and clients are organized and informed.

Outside of her position with Byrnes Real Estate Group, Emily is pursuing her Law Degree and Real Estate Agent License. She lives in Webster, MA with her partner Jake and their pets.
